Help required for technical PR projects

We are a UK-based technical PR agency with a permanent branch office in Japan. We are looking for help with some projects that will be starting soon in Japan. Our requirements are:

1 - Native Japanese speaker (preferably with basic or conversational English)

2 - Experience with technical business topics and able to deal effectively with journalists and editors

3 - Based in the Tokyo area and able to attend a 2-day event in November (expenses paid)

4 - Some experience of marketing communications and/or PR

5 - Experience or interest in engineering, manufacturing, computing & IT etc.
