My family has more than 30 years in food production, during my career I've been managing several food service businesses and during 2.5 years (until march 2017) I've been General Manager for a group of 7 Italian restaurants in Tallinn.
Depending on the level of technical knowledge you are starting from, I can arrange for you a set of lessons (teorethical and practical) to learn main typical Italian kitchen recipes.
