Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 7 days.
No sugar.
No oil.
No dairy.
No red meat.
Plenty of vegetables. (Raw or cooked)
Fruits of any kind, limit to 1 serving each meal
Whole grains of wheat, corn, quinoa, or brown rice.
Legumes such as beans, peas and lentils.
Small quantities of nuts and seeds.
I want each day to have about 1600 calories (give or take 100) and be:
45% carbs
30% protein
25% fats
Meal preparation needs to take no more than 15 minutes per meal.
The shopping list needs to be 10 items or less excluding spices, herbs, or sauces.
Hi I am PhD in nutrition, food biotechnology and food microbiology. I have 7 years of research, consultation and writing experience and have worked on PhD level thesis projects, published papers in peer reviewed journals and have also worked with several companies on creating research based reports and formulating novel food products.
