Create a presentation and individual page's speech (writeup)

I need someone to create a powerpoint presentation for the purpose of pitching to potential clients a product we are developing that addresses the issue of water damages in high rise condo buildings. Our target audience are property managers, building board of directors, insurance executatives, etc. The goal of the presentation and speech for each slide is to point out and emphasize the current problems buildings are facing with unknown water leaks and damages. Maybe research some relevant articles and use as reference. Maybe a result of statistics or trends around the world what others are doing? The presentation should be around 20 pages, and must contain vivid and attractive graphics to entice audiences' buyin of our product. The content should involve pointers within the attached pdf I have. You can add some additional necessary pages/points as you see fit. Please discuss with me openly.
