Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented writer to help us develop content for our game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, one of the leading mobile MOBA games on the market. You will collaborate with our development and localization teams to create unique stories to engage our players and to better polish the worldview of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. As a native English speaker, you should also be able to provide the localization team with precise suggestions on localization matters. Responsibilities 1. Collaborating with the localization team/development team/designers to build up and refine the worldview of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang by the means of rewriting or creating unique and engaging lores and stories for our heroes. 2. Collaborating with the localization team to create/refine hero quotes and video scripts. 3. Collaborating with the localization team and providing them with suggestions on the current in-game English text. 4. Assisting the development team/localization team in branding-related matters. Requirements 1. Native English speaker with a bachelor’s degree. Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred. 2. Proven content writing or story writing experience. 3. Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite or at least one of the commonly used writing tools. 4. The ability to work in a fast pace while working remotely & the ability to meet deadlines. 5. Effective communication skills. Pluses 1. Moderate Chinese language skills. 2. Experience in the game industry. 3. Social media skills.
