Remodeling Project Manager

Chris & Bella started by flipping houses across Minnesota and years later created Minnesota Kitchens (& Hale Built Homes). Minnesota Kitchens is a family owned company founded in 2010. Our full-time team consists of 9 other members who have a combined experience of over 150 years in the remodeling industry. Each of our team members takes pride in their craft and it shows throughout the project. Looking for an experienced On-Site Construction Manager. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations on numerous jobsites. Making sure each project is moving along as [login to view URL] to it that each step is being completed in a professional, clean and up-to standards [login to view URL] with our office team as well as people/subs in the field - (office aka: the people doing the paperwork, sales & scope of work end of things). Working with our hands on workers -- and making sure all information is communicated through you to the office or the correct person. Talking to homeowners instead of having them have communicate with sub contractors or our other on-site contractors. ***This ensures the communication and job will run according to plan > by keeping the line of communication from jobs, customers and the office, between the jobsite manager & the office (Bella or Chris) in terms of overages or change orders. And making sure items being scheduled are moved around and completed based on priority and availability of all the moving parts of a remodel. ---------------------------- The pay is based on experience. The more knowledge and experience you are able to bring to the position, the more we are able to offer for this role. We are a small company & want someone who plans to grow with us. That includes being able to pay more as time goes on. We are looking for someone who is going to stick around & help our jobs to run smoother. The more successful someone is at doing that -- the more we can afford to increase the persons pay. We need someone who can start asap.
