Instructions to recover Google Sheet doc (Android)

I need instructions on how to recover a Google Sheets file on Android. I was working on a Sheet offline on Android for 2 weeks. Suddenly, Sheets asked for an internet connection. When it got an internet connection, it synced my spreadsheet and replaced the new, offline one with an old version which had been uploaded 2 weeks prior. need help to access the version of the Spreadsheet which was stored locally on my Android device prior to being synced. I am happy to negotiate on price if you can guarantee that the previous version of my file can be recovered
