In this project you will use Timer 2, PA0, and PB6 on an interrupt basis for the following task. Timer 2 is suppose to display the time every one second on PORTE up to 99 and then reset to zero and starts again. Every time PA0 is pressed, for the first time the timer must stop and when it is pressed a second time it must start again. When PB6 is pressed the time must be displayed on USART terminal (TIME= XX - limit of 00 to 99). The main program increments the value on PORTD every time a character is typed on USART terminal and sends the character back to USART terminal to be displayed.

I am an experienced embedded software engineer and i understood the job details very well and I am sure I can do it very well and deliver it on time as I've previous experience in similar projects. The project is mainly divided to two main tasks: 1- Increment Port D and USART interface. 2- Control Timer 2 with push buttons. Relevant Skills and Experience - Very good experience with different types of microcontrollers and kits like Microchip(PICs), Atmel(Atmega8,Atmega16,Atmega32), TI(TM4C123GX) ,ST(STM32), Arduino, Intel(8051, Intel Edison), Raspberry pi (1,2,3). - Developed device drivers of internal modules (USART,timers,EI) and libraries for external modules interfacing for AVR & TM4C123GX. - Dealing with many developments tools like AVR studio, Kiel, IAR, Code Composer, Arduino IDE, MPLAB- X. - Worked on many similar project like (Digital clock using AVR, Stepper motor control with push buttons using AVR, Keypad project using LCD & USART, Temperature sensor with AVR and PC (using USART).
