Basic breadboard circuit created for a toy design.

Dear Sir, I can help you with this project, and as you said it's and simple project from what I see by the information you have provided in the listing. So I want to ask you a few questions for clarifications (might be already answered in your brief), When you say a set number of revolutions, are you talking about a stepper motor ? Or a DC motor with an encoder ? When the black or white detection is needed, does that mean it will have to detect that there is no object in front of it scenario too ? And as you can see, I am from Sri Lanka, so I can only do the breadboard prototype here and send you a video, or else give you step by step instructions to build it there itself since we only have one week.
