Hello, I have read that you need a GIS expert who can digitized your 4000 buildings. I am willing to bid for this project. I am a GIS specialist and I am expert in digitizing buildings, rivers, roads and etc. As for this project, I will used ArcGIS software. Hello! I am graduated GIS cartographer. Now i'm working in remote sensing company. I've finished the same project 1 week ago, so i understand what do need. This work we be done by 2 stages: Firstly, i will find sattelite images and trace all buildings using ArcGIS software. Secondly, i will check topology and ortogonality of that before send it for you. I think, i can deliver this work in 7-10 days. To say exactly, i need to see area, that must be vectorised. If it will be a lot of high-density blocks, i will need a bit more time. Hi, I am a GIS specialist in infrastructure planning and analysis. I have in-house mapping software written in R and html, making use of Leaflet to capture the building vertex coordinates. Usually, there is one tag per building (the approx. centroid), however by adding a building id attribute to multiple tags per building, I can quickly build the spatial polygons (in R) and produce the necessary polygon (ESRI) shapefile. Leaflet is chosen to match Google imagery, so that the match is identical if viewed as a kml, for example, on Google Earth. Can demo on a small number of buildings if you need. Accuracy is the highest priority for such a job. Hope to hear from you.

I have been working with ArcGIS for 4 years as a military geospatial analyst. I have attended and successfully finished several ArcGIS courses. While ArcGIS being my everyday job, I really enjoy working with it, too. Also, digitizing satellite imagery is something that I do very often.
