Required is a power supply & battery charging circuit design. Fabrication of the module is not required.
Subject to the specifications below, required for delivery is:
- circuit board BOM (incl manufacturer part numbers)
- design files (preferably EasyEDA, but Kicad, Eagle or Altium OK)
- detailed description of circuit operation
Specifications:
- usb-c in
- 3 voltage rails (plus gnd) out: 3.3v, 5v, 12v.
- combined rail supply 1.5A+
- SMD parts
- <= US$3.50 components at volume of 1,000 pcs
- <= 20mm*40mm.
- 0.5-1A charging with under/over protection & low voltage cutoff.
- When USB-C wall supply is plugged in, operates off wall supply only, when wall supply disconnected switches to battery seamlessly.

- if possible... remaining battery level reporting.
