hi, Im a vb.net developer, I can develop for you a mp4 video player with download function, while file is downloading shown video animation or progress bar, I the past I worked with mp4 player applications. you could set when download the new, all days at specific hour, etc. also I think you dont need to stop current video playing while downloading the new one, how big in mb is the mp4 file?
