Use simulated values for the sensors data for the developmental system. Include 20 man-hours of post final delivery for transfer of related knowledge so we can maintain it. You may just consult with us to help us with algorithms (we develop the code) or develop the whole solution. The coding will be in MS Vis Studio latest version as a .NET standard app. In 2nd scenario, the developed code complete solution will be our property. If you need to use any non MS libraries, get our approval & source will need to be provided. You need to provide complete source-code with description. If milestone payments are desired, please submit a timeline. Each milestone payment will require the submission of complete source code for review by us, before payment release.
