Modify a simple UWP app to create a paid "Ad-Free" add-on

What my app does:

I make JavaScript games on my free time, my "app" is basically just a WebView with an AdControl thrown on top.

What I'm trying to do:

Have a free version of my app that displays advertisements at the top as well as a "Purchase Ad-Free" button. Once the user clicks the purchase button and completes the transaction the advertisements are removed.

Requirements:

This is a template for my JavaScript games. I really just want to copy and paste the folder, change the WebView's source and the add-on product ID, swap the icons, and be complete. If you understand what I'm saying, please tell me your favorite color in your bid ;)

My knowledge of UWP is just about zero so if you have a better way then it's up to you. Like I said I just want a quick and easy solution so I can go back to Linux and work on my games :D
