Helpdesk Mobile Application using Xamarin with Visual Studio IDE - Version update to 9.6

We have an existing Helpdesk Mobile APP using Xamarin Forms. This project is to hire a developer to perform updates to the existing app. Some important notes: 1. All API to the Helpdesk system has been built and is hosted on our development environment 2. Search for a call 3. Create a new call 4. Add a comment to an existing call New functionality to be added 1. Add zoom to all forms 2. When the keypad is displayed, it should not hide the fields behind it 3. Add a new menu on the left side and show the list of calls when the menu is chosen: a. My Calls. Call API # 2. Pass Assignment = “My Calls” b. Open Calls. Call API # 2. Pass Assignment = “OPEN” c. Not Assigned. Call API # 2. Pass Assignment = “Not Assigned” d. Assigned To Me. Call API # 2. Pass Assignment = “Assigned To Me” 4. When a new call is created, the next step should be to load the call on "view document". 5. When an item is not selected in a dropdown, the value passed to the API should be an empty string
