Build a Data Processor with web map (Project 1 of 5) -- 2

***NOTE*** sample data will only be provided after award. ***NOTE*** If you do NOT have the required experience or expertise; don't bid. If you do have the require experience then please read on. The purpose of this project is to do the following tasks: - upload and extract zip files containing raw GPS related data sets, Process the data via an API and save the results to a table (the API will be provided), - Display processed information on a Map, - Have basic navigation functions within the web map, - Allow the user to manage data sets, - Upload and run python scripts based on GDAL - Download and processing satellite data for the area of interest, - Geo-processing of all user data sets using Python (all python scripts will be supplied); these will be done from tools via the web map , - Geo-statistical analysis of the data ready for reporting using R; these will be done from tools via the web map. The Project will be developed for Microsoft Azure with Cosmos DB. The framework will be mostly ASP.NET MVC5 C#, R and Python with GDAL references [login to view URL] The project will use Azure DevOps (GIT) for the source control, and will be developed according to the Agile workflows; please see [login to view URL] for information as to how GIT fits into an agile workflow. The person responsible for building the application will be required to liaise with our graphic designer for the UI (presentation layer).
