Build a Bitmex Bot for handling orders

I need a Bot that can check my Bitmex account ([login to view URL]) to see if i am in an open XBTUSD position, whether Long or Short. If a position is open, set a stop loss for that position $20 behind entry price, and trigger a trailing stop of $25, once the price has moved $45 ahead of my entry price. Once the trailing stop is executed against the order book, cancel the stop loss, or if the stop loss is executed, cancel the trailing stop. I need this bot to constantly be checking and execute these steps if a position becomes open. I need it to check that the orders (stop loss and trailing stop) did get posted, because under high load the system can time out, if an order doesn't go through, retry. I would like this to be created using C# and the source code provided.
