Specifications: Receive an image and extract pixel array There are two options regarding the image format. If the format is passed empty [“”], it will try to detect from the blob Otherwise, it will force requested format For instance, it is not possible to autodetect *.ico MIME types are sometimes not adequate (i.e. RAW) If the MIME type is RAW, please replace with “” Scan for skintone pixels Edge detection (as described in the document) Disable skintone pixels if they are part of edges. Cover skintone pixels with a patch of radius 2 Calculate percentage that has been covered [pc] If pc > t1 Convert to monochrome (I assume this is grayscale) If pc > t2 Calculate average color (for the whole image) Block the whole image using the average color Parameters: - Monochrome threshold [t1] - Blocking threshold [t2] - Patch radius [pr] (or similar) - Patching color [pc] Skintone is not defined in the document. It will be implemented using the same formula as the previous project. I can make this configurable through two additional parameters: - Reference color [sr], Delta [sd] ImageMagick will be used to read/write images. Please check that their license is compatible with your requirements. The code will extend/modify the code supplied in the previous project. It will support both Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 7. The code will make use of NVIDIA CUDA.

I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, the language is c++ under linux.
