Hello, I am unsure what you mean by "chip". I have designed such applications before, but your requirements are not finalized enough for a final bid, which will require some consulting with you for what services you truly require, I can provide finished and tested boards, firmware, documentation and others, and I have much experience designing compact systems. Will this system be requiring battery operation? Also, the 8266 sister chip has built-in FLASH for small size programs, saving you space and power for ESP based designs. Best regards, Stuart Borden.
