C Developer - Finish an ODBC Driver Development

The budget for this project is capped at $2,702 USD; do not bid if you are not willing to complete the work within the budget. We need a C developer with more than five years of C development experience to develop language wrappers / bindings around the ZodunaDataStore for ODBC. We have already completed about 40% of the work (Please see the items below that are “Done”) and need help to finish the work. You will need to finish the remaining classes, then create test script for all classes and test the entire wrapper. Please see the attached statement of work for the details.
