Convert the source code to ProBoard BBS to GCC and make it 32Bit compatible!

It would be nice if you had experience with older DOS dial-up bulletin board systems that were around from 1979 until around 1998. ProBoard BBS is a Bulletin Board System software for DOS. It was a used by System Operators all over the world to allow people with dial-up modems to chat, send messages, play online games called DOORS, and send and receive files. I have open-sourced the software. Making it 100% FREEWARE. I retain all rights to ProBoard BBS software and the source code before, during, and after this project. 1. The version you convert to GCC must be 100% backwards compatible with the DOS versions structures. 2. When the GCC version of ProBoard BBS software creates the [login to view URL] drop file it must also create to [login to view URL] drop file. 3. Replace serial communications with telnet communications. We officially use another telnet server on Windows called NET2BBS by PCMicro. Therefore you don't have to create a telnet server for it. On any platform such as Windows, Mac, Linux, BSD, or other platforms they should be able to use any telnet server of their choice. 4. The dating system will need need a complete rewrite. Making it 4 year dating only. So for example the date of November 1st, 2020 would be 11/01/2020, instead of how it is currently 11/01/20, which in some cases ProBoard automatically thinks the year is 1920. That's a bug we can't seem to fix, this GCC version should fix that. 5. The “wait for call” screen can be removed as well 6. The GCC version should not need FOSSIL Driver support, as it will be 32/64Bit. 7. Anywhere in the code where it states the copyright belongs to Philippe Leybeart, Telegrafix, or Jeff Reeder, please change that to say the copyright belongs to John Riley.
