Ebay API Revise Item & HTML/TEXT Item Descriptions Program

Hi Please only bid on this project if you have experience writing software to use ebay's API. ([login to view URL]) Background: With many listings on eBay it becomes difficult and time consuming to go into every listing to make small repetitive updates, for example to the terms and condition or other items that are common to all listings. This project is to simplify the task by making the ebay description html/text modular so that common information is stored in one central location and when this common information is changed the 100+ or so ebay listings that use this common information are updated with the software program to be written and then lastly the new HTML that is pieced together by this software can be uploaded into ebay using the ebay API. To do this i have some further details. Main Part 1 Details: Part A. This project is to create a standalone piece of software the can store via manually pasting in HTML as text that is used in eBay descriptions with each item description having it's own unique identifier, possibly the ebay item number. Part B. It is to also have the option to store html as text that is identified by a unique name such as termsandconditions, aboutus, delivery, pickup etc etc with the option to add more when required. This is the common HTML to be put into the ebay item description discussed in A. So for Part A HTML/text instead of showing the HTML/text that is stored in termsandconditions, instead it just refers to termsandconditions. Part C. The final step of the software is to generate html code, so wherever termsandconditions is written or aboutus or any other common identifier, the software is to look up the HTML for termsandconditions and insert the associated code to generate the Final HTML/text for every ebay item. Main Part 2 The software is to be able to update live item descriptions on eBay using the eBay item number through the eBay API. Part 1 & 2 do require different unique skills. Someone may be able to do part one and not part two. I would prefer someone who can do both and has experience in writing ebay API's. If you would like to discuss please send a message.
