IM messages manipulator

A client side application that will recieve MSN Messenger Instant messages that are recevies on the computer. the application will block those messages from being presented on the Instant Messages application dialog form and will send those messages to an external service that will change the msg. the changed msg should appear in the MSN messenger dialog form. for example in case I have a friend who I am talking to through MSN messenger and he wrote me "Hi Noa" this message will not appear on my Messenger application on my computer - instead it will be received by the application I want you to write and this application will send the msg to the external service that will return a new msg : " hi Noa :-)" and the new returned msg should appear in the Msn Messenger dialog form. this a basic application (proof of conceppt) please, only reasnoable prices and short time to deliver will be considered. only bidders with experience in the field that knows how to do it and have experience with it should bid
