Write one section of business plan - Called Operational Plan for a Gun Shooting Business

The shooting grounds will cater for a variation of customers from absolute novices to experienced shooters. Potential customers would really be broken up into different groups such as the Corporate Industry where I would be hoping to attract Groups such as Stag and Hen parties, Tourists, Team building days or Fun days for clubs or workforces and Families to come try some shooting for these people they would most likely have never fired a gun before so we will provide them with an Qualified Instructor, Gun Hire and Ammunition. They will have a choice to do Clay Pigeon Shooting or Target Shooting or Archery. Product and Services: These are the options people will have to choose from • The Clay Pigeon shooting will be done with a Shotgun at clay pigeons flying away in the air after you call pull there will be an automatic release which the trap will then throw the clay in the air this will be done from a designated stand especially for Beginners with a few easier clays to shoot. • The Target Shooting which will be done with a Rifle at Stationary Targets in an rifle range at targets approximately from 25 to 100 Metres away with score boards for people if they want to make it bit more exciting. • The Archery will done by firing at a Board that is fully padded with Foam and have a Straw and wooden back round all around it for wayward shots in an designated area there will also be a target sheet and score board in place. Some research I carried out to get rough guidelines of prices from Opposition and items I can get through our gun shop. I would need help only in Operational Plan. There is potential for doing other sections also depending on how operational plan goes.
