Power BI - Design and build a dashboard for Automotive Retail Dealerships

Hi, MUST HAVE POWER BI AND DAX EXPERIENCE – FINANCIAL BACKGROUND WOULD BE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I have started up a new business which involves reporting and analytics for new vehicle franchise dealers. I have one model which is complete that is excel based and works off a trail balance (totals only no transactions). This will be my base for all other reports that are developed. Going forward I want to use Power Bi as this allows me easy access for mobile, iPad, desktop viewing etc. Example reports that I have seen so far are Adventure Works (You Tube) and this shows variance Actual, Budget and variance. Gives you idea of what I want but must also have last year (same period) and variance. [login to view URL] Second report is also financial dashboard which has a lot more detail than the first demo. [login to view URL] Other reports that I will want to be produced are employment cost per employee report. Detailed sales and productivity report by salesperson, technician and parts and service advisor vs earnings vs gross profit generated. As you can see this may turn out to be a big project so looking for a developer(s) to journey with me, of course depending on costs. Now that's the big picture if you can do this let me know but small steps first! I require as project one a dashboard for balance sheet and income statement (comparison to this year to last year and this year to budget as well as variances). I need recommendations as to how you would prefer the information structured which will be done through excel
