Bulk Email Marketing on Dedicated Server

We want to setup a bulk email marketing software on a dedicated virtual server to do email marketing. - We send 3 email blasts PER DAY to our list of 50,000 email addresses. We want to send 10-15k html emails per hour - This is outbound email only. We will not be checking or downloading replies. Server should be setup so it does not have problems with replies, etc - On Sundays we schedule the emails for the week so the scheduling function should work perfectly. System time, date scheduled, activity status should all be in sync. Must be complete in 24 hours. $250 budget We will test the system for 1 week as per our normal business use after setup is done to make sure it works fine before releasing payment.
