build new css website

hello all. I want to have a website built in css.

On the homepage I will have a flash image of downtown going across the top of the page. I have the flash image.

Below that, I want my interactive downtown map that you can find here [url removed, login to view] . com/downtown_real_estate/

I will give you ftp access to this site so you can bring every thing you need over to this new site. You should be able to rollover a star and see the complex image to the left and if you click on the star it goes to that particular complex and be able to see all available condos in that complex. Once on that page you should be able to click on any of those condos and see the property detail; just like on this site.

I also want on the left column, the names of each complex spelled out that links to that particular complex; just as if you were to click on one of the stars; same page. Just like; [url removed, login to view] . com/ ;this is not my site. His category is "san diego buildings"

I also like how [url removed, login to view] . com has the category "downtown neighborhoods" which has a link to an internal page and gives info on that neighborhood and a link to each complex in that neighborhood.

I will give you all complex names. If you create one of the internal pages, I can copy and create all the rest.

I want a link on the first page that says "Condo Price List" with a link that displays

[url removed, login to view] . com/downtown_summary/

Once again, I can give you the ftp access for these files.

I also want a link on the home page that says "search all homes/mls"

which displays [url removed, login to view] . com/search_for_homes/

I want this search to work just like it does here.

I basically want it layed out just like; [url removed, login to view] . com

Fash image at top. left menu column. top menu row. and footer.

I need my contact info displayed somewhere as well.

I also want it jazzed up. colors ect... not just a box.
