439568 Cross Browser Support (MSIE & FF)

Hi everyone... I have been working on a website for our local police departments K9 Division. Everything was progressing smoothly until which time something inside of me clicked and prompted me to open the page in MSIE. I was completely dismayed at what I saw. The site, which I felt was beginning to look decent in FireFox looked like a hurricane at struck in MSIE. While I am adept at HTML, PHP and a few other languages, I've apparently been blessed in that I've not run into this problem before. Can anyone take a look at the page and make it work in both FireFox and MSIE (I am not concerned with Safari, Opera, Google Chrome, etc. right now)?
