FLASH banners needed for a LED screen

I need 5 pcs Flash banners for a LED display screen, nearly the same project as a small resolution web banner. The banners are simple text animations. However there are 2 important points that you have to take care:
1. The LED screen consist of 3 parts, which are placed at 3 sides of an entrance. So you have to make 3 (similar) banners in 1 flash file. The only difference is that the 2nd banner is smaller than the other two: LED screen sizes are: 256 x 32 px 192 x 32 px and 256 x 32 px. (The flash file can be larger, but same proportions.)
2. 2 of the 5 flash banners have to display Jackpot prize amount from an xml file. You can decide the xml format, but the flash file has to use the amounts in the xml file. The xml file will be refreshed on the computer, so the flash banner will always display the actual prize. You also have to create the xml sample file which consists of 3 amounts: Gold Jackpot, Silver Jackpot and Bronze jackpot. We provide the solution for changing the xml file, so this is not your task. I made a mockup pdf, and hope it helps to understand this project clearly. Please only bid if you carefully read the project description, and able to finish this project witin 24 hours.
