I need a website developed that will consist of a central hub where individual members can access their own mini site. Each individuals mini site will basically be a place where personal documents can be uploaded into pre defined sections and easily accessed when needed. The site will need to be flexible as it will be expanded. I have identified that umbraco using azure will meet my needs but open to suggestions.
