Sounds right up my alley! I have 20 years of experience doing audio-visual production for corporate events. I regularly use Vectorworks Spotlight to provide plans and renderings for events as part of the pre-production that I do for events. Depending on the level of detail required, the time for the drawing ranges from 1 hour for a simple 2D layout to maybe 10 hours for 3D renderings of the space. I find it beneficial to utilize screen sharing so that we might have live communication when we get to the point of making decisions regarding the layout.
