We need one single base that will hold all 5 sensors. The base would ideally be one continuous piece so that it can be 3-D printed. Sensor details: - CO2 sensor sketch is included. 2 mounting holes will be used to secure to our base. - 2 radiation sensors are cylindrical and both have the same dimensions (23.6 mm diameter, 36.3 mm height). Model the mounting for this off the base they advertise on their website: a cylindrical base in which the sensor will fit snugly, and include a gap for the cord. I included a rough sketch with dimensions. (To further clarify the rough sketch: the outer ring that's 3mm wide should be about 7mm tall, while the 2mm ring on the inside should be very short/flat because that's the part that the sensor will rest on) - Temp & RH is a very small sensor that's flat and roughly trapezoidal. Also included is a rough sketch. - Wind sensor is a 25.4 mm (1 inch) by 50.8 mm (2 inch) rectangle with two mounting holes that are not specified in size yet. I couldn't find a technical document for the physical design. Use the image for reference for now, and I'll get better measurements when we get the sensor. Design considerations: - CO2 sensor's top needs to be exposed to open air - radiation sensors need to be pointing upwards - temp & RH narrow end needs to be exposed to open air - wind sensor narrow end needs to be exposed to open air - All of the electrical connections for the sensors should be oriented toward the same end of the base so that the wires can be wrapped together to lead away from the sensors. My recommendation: - Design the base as a platform with "stilts" that can be screwed directly onto the bottom of the farmbot, and have spaces on the platform dedicated to each sensor (including mounting holes or brackets where appropriate). Try to keep the overall size of the base small, but make sure there's enough room for each sensor to have a little bit of space (don't put them right up against each other).

I can complete this within 24 hours for a cost of 80$. I have 9+ years of experience of 3D printing enclosures for electronic components and i get the idea of the various mounts being on stilts.

I did this before actually. I worked on a mockup for a school laboratory : i started from designing the mockup to the wiring and installation of the sensors and actuators and also worked on the software that runs it. So i know exactly what are the challenges : finding a way to wire all the components together and having the exact dimensions to put the sensors in. If you are interested, please contact me for more informations.
