Looking for a Kitchen, Office, Laundry ect designer to bring to life my clients concepts and allow them to visualize their ideas before we build them, my current software is old and I do not have the time or desire to learn the latest software and would rather outsource this work moving forward. I will require concepts in 3D and 2D plans with plan, section and elevation views including dimensions and material identification. You will be given a hand drawn sketch of the design with dimensions to work from as well as a detailed outline of materials and colours. Looking for 1 individual that I work with. You will need to be able to make modifications as requested. Ideally you would be available to communication between around 1900 - 2300 EST (Australia) as I generally do this work from home in the evenings. While this project is hourly, Your bid will need to state the time you would expect for a U shaped kitchen in a 4m x 4m room with overhead units to one wall Your profile needs to provide me with multiple examples of similar work
