I'm an Interior Designer in NSW. I have re specified fixtures, fittings and finishes on a projector the Central Coast of NSW. Consists of 3 split level apartments and 2 retail shops. I require certain annotations and specified items revised on the original Project Architects drawings. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 WC's in each apartment and these are majorly where I have re specified products. The Wet Are Detail Plans and Elevations are all complete, no redesign, just specification changes based on my mark up. I also require tile set outs on all bathroom elevations. There will be approx 61 details, with very minor revisions. Sample attached. In summary: I currently have autocad .dwg files of the relevant plans and elevations of the three proposed apartments that can be given to you. In your proposal you should price the revision of architectural plans and elevations for apartments inclusive of: Revised annotations to suit most recent selections of FF&F’s Revised tile setouts on elevations Re-draw of fixtures fittings and equipment in plan and elevation, where changes in selection have superceded what is currently shown/detailed.
