The Evans Network of Companies has more than 600 terminal locations throughout the United States, with a fleet of over 7,000 trucks, providing transportation services in the port drayage/intermodal, flatbed, van truckload and freight brokerage markets. We do this by partnering with smaller trucking companies to be Agents under one of the Evans Network of Companies brands. This allows smaller trucking companies access to the benefits of being a large company, sort of like a franchise for ease of explanation. One of the services we provide our agents is online and mobile tools to support their Billing, Settlements, Dispatching, etc. These tools are proprietary in-house developed platforms and managed by a strong IT department of analysts mainly and our development is outsourced so we have a unique blend. We are looking for an expert in JIRA and Xray to spend approximately 2 weeks onsite in our Schuylkill Haven, PA headquarters to review how we use JIRA & Xray today and make recommendations on how we can improve our process. The deliverable to be a document with the “how-to’s” of the recommendations.
