Requirements
· Software Development experience in Freeswitch, FusionPBX, Opensips, SIP, VOIP, SDP, TDM, IMS, PSTN, Python, Perl, Linux, and Open Source Technologies.
· Strong Technical, Logical and Debugging skills with innovative and result-oriented approach
·working experience in Python, Shell, Perl, Asterisk, Freeswitch, Opensips, Kamailio VOIP, SIP, IMS, NGN, ISDN, TDM, and Telecom/Network Protocols.
· Very Good Knowledge of VOIP/SIP servers, Design and Development, Support, Testing, Deployment, Asterisk Programming, Asterisk Administration, FreeSWITCH Dialplan, Freeswitch Administration, LUA programming, Opensips/Kamailio script Programming and good exposure to VoIP Gateways / Servers / Computer Telephony Integration, using signaling protocols, SIP, and media protocols, IVR Programming, and Customization in the Fusionpbx in the Dialplan , Core modules and AGI/AMI programming using C/Python /Perl/Shell.
· Working experience with products like FreePBX, A2billing, FusionPBX, OPenIMScore, and Vicidialer
· Design and Development of VOIP solutions, VOIP Support, Deployment, Integration, implementation, Bug fixing, dial plan programming, Support, Testing, and customizations of products, also understanding customer requirements and implementing solutions, proposal preparation and negotiations with the client, dealing with technical issues and benchmarking prospective customer’s problems
· Working Knowledge of PERL, PYTHON, SHELL, HTML, Nginx, APACHE, PHP, Mysql, Postgres SQL MongoDB and MSSQL · Experience on Predictive dialer (Vicidialer) Product design, development, and implementation for call centers using Asterisk as backend server.
· Very good knowledge of Linux code building, Administration, troubleshooting, debugging, and telephony cards · ( PRI/PSTN/TDM) installation and configuration
· Good knowledge of TCP/IP Networking, firewalls, NAT, IP routing, and VOIP Gateways
· Setup, Install and configure Mysql database, Programming, and performance tuning
· Very good knowledge of HA, Scalability, Load balancing, and fail-over systems implementation
· IP Telephony features, Implementation of IVR platforms, and Conferencing solutions.
