We want to set up a “what if” form for http://www.tinydishes.com.
I’m uploading a number of files:
>>The pdf, PriceQuotHardCopyFormSacn, is the form they’re now using. I think we can improve the design substantially.
>>The Excel form, PriceQuoteFormFormulas1, has the basic logic of the form and the wording for the form items. There are some really tricky If/then statements on the Excel spreadsheet. They generate the correct final price.
>>The scanned sketch, MySketchScan, shows the basic layout. These are just some basic ideas. We’re open to your input.
>>The client wants a little design pizzaz—maybe a watermark of the logo or just some color and rules. Please use the colors you find on http://www.tinydishes.com. We did a little preliminary design work shown in the PowerPoint file FormView1, but I don’t really like the design.
>>The width must fit in the content area of the web site. I believe 650 px wide should work.
>>I have to be able to copy and paste the form onto the page, so I believe html would be the best programming language unless you can confidently suggest going another way.
>>The client’s logo, LogoScan3, is also attached.
>>The bottom of the form should have a “Clear” button that clears the form so the user can start over. We are undecided if we will ultimately want a “Submit” button, but for now, we will do without it. Just keep in mind that we may ask you to add it later.
Could you give me an idea of what you would charge to set this up?
