Small HTML canvas task in ASP.NET (VB)

Hi. I have a small HTML5 task. The only thing i need is a page that takes a map (jpg) and places a "pin" in a given coordinate...... The page should be written in VB.NET. The following parm shall be hardcoded into the page as parms : 1). Name of JPG file 2). X coordinate for pin 3). Y coordinate for pin 4). Zoom in %. In what scale should the map/coordinate be shown. I would like a HTML5 animated circle to be placed as the pin. A small circle that out/in/out/in (make sense :-) ) That should be it. What I know regarding HTML5 it should be done using canvas. The code will be integrated into another page, so only basic functionionlity is needed. Example of map added..
