Integration of a Classic asp vb checkout process with the Parcel2Go api

Help is needed to integrate the Parcel2Go API with an online shopping cart. The shopping cart is for a website due to launch in early June 2013, the site for which is written in html and VB using Classic asp. Whilst I have successfully been able to write the html and VB code for the asp pages of the site, including the shopping cart and the PayPal integration to enable customers to complete the checkout process, but I have struggled to understand the requirements of the Parcel2Go api, and I need some code written and some help with the integration of the Parcel2Go api with the checkout process in order that:
(a) The Parcel2Go api is successfully passed the variables that it needs to price up delivery options, these are: the pickup and delivery country, the parcel weight, height, width and length, the value and the desired pickup date.
(b) Customers are then shown the options and prices for the delivery of their purchase.
(c) That having successfully paid for their order via PayPal to then book the Parcel2Go delivery service.
(d) And finally to retrieve the Parcel2Go tracking reference number in order that I can then e-mail it on to the customer.
The attached process map shows the customer journey through the checkout process as well as giving detailed information about what code needs to be written, what code I have written, where I need help with integration, etc.

I have an account with Parcel2Go and a valid api key.
Ideally all of the code that is supplied would be written in vb and would be capable of being run in a Classic asp page, but if this is not possible then help would be needed to integrate with a checkout process which is already written in Classic asp VB.
