Code Web Pages for ASP using MVP

We have had our website redesigned and our programmers need the pages coded for ASP using MVP. We originally had the pages coded in just HTML so the images have been sliced, etc. If it would be easier to start from that vs. PSD files, we can provide the HTML files and images. Otherwise you would need to go from PSD files. Designs must render to match the PSD files/designs extremely closely. You must have the ability to achieve the exact look as designed in your coding. I'm attaching several of the PSD files so you can see how they originate in PSD and all of the pages in HTML. (Not loading all PSD files because of size but can provide if needed.) Please note, need the coding completed in one week (7/16 AM, US Pacific Time)
