two different projects, with partnership chance

I have two major projects that I need to find someone profisional company who can make it for me, The bidder should indicate to me clearly which project he can do and must provide some proof and estimated price. the projects I need to be done for me are as follows: 1- I need an ASP .NET web application for tracking and storing documents that are either scanned or I have as software copy and organize these documents in prof way. These documents are from around 30 companies I manage. the application must allow me to select each of my companies then catagories the documents of each company in a predifened manar. Then also, it shouold have different access level and must allow me to add docuemtns , print them or send them by email depending on the acces right, also it should allow me to modifiy the documents in case I need,The applicaiton must also allow me for remote access to the applicaiton throug the internet or network. each of the documents should be also tagged with date and time of upload or modificaiton. The APPLICATION intereface must be in ARABIC and ENGLISH and should allow me to upload different documetns formats. I need estimate date also for the project. 2- the second project I need a mobile software that enables me to secure some sms messages when the arrive to my mobile, the software must support different mobiles and also must allow me to do the following, - specifiy the mobiles numbers that I need to secure the sms when it comes from them - after some times the sms must be deleted automaticly from the mobile even if it is not viewd. - the deletion must be configurable to select the duration after whcih the message will be deleted. - can control the process of forwararding the sms to other mobiles. - has high security and encryption algorithm. if their is any company who is confident that they can provide me the above and also provide me after sale support for at least 1 year, then please bid. Also as mentioned above in the bidding you need to provide me on which project your bidding and give me some proof of profisionality and estimated date for delivery based on the information posted here
