Reward yourself
We know how tough it can be to go through the diet plan each day, but start with baby steps. What we mean is that every time you achieve a goal, reward yourself. Maybe sit back and get a facial done, a manicure or a pedicure or go out for a movie, and this will motivate you to do better the next time.
Be realistic with your goals
Do not follow fad diets, celebrity fitness diets and diets that have rave reviews about online. You do not lead their lifestyle and it would not fit with yours. Be realistic and know your limits. Understand your body and set goals accordingly. Do not be too harsh on yourself and don’t aim for crash diets to get washboard abs in a month- it does not work that way.
Throw in the cheat days
While we said you should be strict about your ways of dieting, throwing in a cheat day is a must. A cheat day as the name suggests is a day when you get to indulge in something sinful once a while, which your dietician too would approve.
