La coreógrafa y directora Lucila Sanles, decidió llevar a escena particularidades de casos como este, y tomó como referencia la lucha de Luana, el libro Yo Nena, Yo Princesa de Gabriela Mansilla (madre de la niña) que narra los hechos de este cambio y otros casos similares. Algo que hace única a esta propuesta es que es uno de los pocos trabajos que hacen referencia a casos de identidad de género en niños. En 45 minutos el público observa el nacimiento de un varón, su muerte simbólica y el renacer de una mujercita.
