Media relations, writer and social media professional

I'm looking for a media relations expert to help with a variety of clients/industries, including tech and healthcare. Services needed include: 1) Writing news releases 2) Drafting and sending pitches, following up with reporters 3) Copy editing 4) Writing social media posts 5) Drafting blogs/articles I'm looking for someone who is a good writer and can write for a variety of industries, mostly tech related, although it's not technical writing. Also needs to know the media relations landscape well - writing compelling pitches and placing articles/getting interest in interviews.
