Long Term Authors Revolving Around Design

A young online magazine that revolves around architecture, design, art and diy primarily looks for new authors, we are a small team at the moment looking to diversify our content, in essence everything we would like to post the whole design range, from experimental art up to high end architecture ensembles and intricate How-to tutorials. What we need *excellent English grammar and a permissive vocabulary *ability to learn and progress *attention to details *minimum WordPress experience *communication skills and the ability to write an article on a certain topic *the ability to synthesize information *100% original content What we offer *training on basic SEO *specific article writing examples *full responsibility and guidance along the way *full work work flexibility *flat pay per article/word count and bonuses along the way We would like to work with at least 10 articles per month per individual, all with a minimum word count of 500. We would very much like to discuss payment details with each and everyone in particular, we need at least two types of articles as format and all of them enter different price ranges depending on their category reason for which we would like to hear what would you like to write about most, what interests you. Based on this job posting we will select 5-10 individuals for a writing test, each author will write two articles of at least 1000+ words on a topic given by us, articles will be using the skyscraper technique, the topic will be chosen based on their interest and strengths. The selected authors we will enter a paid internship of one month in which we will discuss additional details and plan things through depending on their skill set and availability.
