At some certain point, time and stages in your life, you may have felt like quitting either due to the type of environment you are, it is not pleasing or favouring you as at the time needed, sometimes its because of the type of friends you move with. They might not be encouraging so due to that, you may just feel like quitting or withdrawing from whatever your dream is (THE DOWN PART OF LIFE). Or at a particular point, you've wished the world never come to an end, the day might even seems shorter just because you're flourishing and you're overwhelmed with joy (THE UP'S)
But have you asked yourself this questions?
1) What are the things holding me back?
-is it my surrounding?
-Is it my environment?
-Is it the type of Friends I sorround my self with! are they helping me or depriving me?
2) Is my relationship with people getting me goodies or troubles?
3) Or is it even my self?
Then you ask yourself this great question WHO AM I?
Now to the big issue, the main problem for your coming down is 'yourself' If it is your surrounding, you have the ability to change that by looking for the main problem and solving the issues with the right set of people, and if there's anything you could do to make your surrounding more appealing, then DO IT if after doing this it isn't yielding any result, you have the ability to take your decision, decide by leaving the environment as fast as possible.
Or is it the type of friends you move with? believe ME if you don't move with the WRONG people you won't find the RIGHT one. Friends really have a tangible role to play in your life so what's stopping you from getting rid of the weed? You better do before they contaminate your seed.

Thus no matter the difficulties you're passing through do not give up because there are GOODIES ahead. Had it been Abraham Lincoln had given up in year 1843 or 1858, then he would never have the opportunity of been elected as the president in 1860 then, all his effort would have just be in vain (Never give up on your dreams). DREAMS never get old when you're still alive (Be patient). You might have an hidden talent you are yet to discover, you have to know this God isn't preparing you for the blessing he is preparing the blessing for you PATIENCE IS THE KEY.
Oh! I can see smiles on your face, I can see you're ready to give the fatigue, I can see you're ready to give it what it takes, ready to give your BEST to NEVER go down AGAIN.
In Conclusion, no matter the difficulties, obstacles, stress and pain you are passing through right now, all you is need to give all it takes because it is your LIFE and strictly YOURS...STAND UP AND BE STRONG.
