Clean up transcripts and turn them into lessons/articles

I'm a successful freelancer currently creating a course on freelancing. Unfortunately, I'm super busy this time of year and don't have the time I would like to devote to this project so I need some help with it.
I've voice recorded a number of "lesson drafts" and have gotten them transcribed. I need someone to go through and clean up the transcripts and turn them into readable lessons/articles. This means going through the transcripts that I give you and cleaning them up into legit sentences/paragraphs etc., eliminating repetitive thoughts, and also identifying areas for fleshing them out e.g. expanding a thought, adding more detail to a section.
Once you've cleaned up the existing transcripts I might want to continue on with you to go and have you do more research/writing to fill out more information in the lessons.
If you have other experience doing this, by all means, please mention it and if you can link me to anything you've written that is in line with this, that would help also.
*** NOTE: I have gotten numerous applications from people saying that they can do the transcription. Please note that the transcription is already done.
