article writer for online magazine

Hello, I have an online magazine in the subject of robots. (but no technical background necessary from you, this is just for info) I need a freelance writer for a long term position. -Must be native english speaker. This is a MUST (US english preferred but UK and other is also ok). do not bid if it is not. -I will send the subjects - all robotics related. I will send an interesting news appeared somewhere or an interesting subject or product i saw somewhere, and taking that as starting point you will find information on official site for instance or official video or press release. Or sometimes, about 50% of the time, you may need to ask this from the source yourself (i will provide you a company email). -after that you will write articles mainly answering basic questions like what, who, when, why, how.... in a nice article format. -500 max word articles at the most -usually a few articles per week. -if we work smoothly, this is a very, very long term position -you will make the posts into wordpress site yourself which is very easy and i can teach. -it is your option to not choose to make posts however i prefer you to make the posts. if you choose not to make the posts i have someone else to do it. but due to coordination reasons i prefer you to do it. -how you will write is actually easy. just answer the checklist questions, (what who when why etc..) by combining them in a nice article style and (if you want) add a little relevant info and you are done. all totaling 500 words max. -i wrote these very long time and can guide you on everything as necessary too. it is easy process once you get used to it. the main reason i am hiring someone is because my native language is not english and i can not write beyond a certain level. that is where your english writing ability comes in as a native speaker. it must appear as an article that you can read in any popular technology related magazine. -all copyrights and every right you can think of stays with me forever. you will need to sign a short freelance contract and send to me in pdf. -give me two prices: price per word and price per making post. (they will be in addition to each other, so if you choose not to make posts, you will be getting paid only price per word and i will have someone else do the posts. but if you also post yourself you will be getting paid the price per word PLUS price per post) -the posting to the wordpress site involves entering article, title, tags, pictures, videos as necessary. sometimes if we have no picture in hand, you may need to contact the official source by email. and insert it later when you get it. (because i dont display pictures without permission due to copyright concerns). this whole thing takes 10 mins at the maximum when you get used to it - usually around 5 minutes. -the price per post is to be $1.25 maximum so if you give less bid you have more chance. -as for the price per word, please submit 1.8 cents / word at the maximum.... of course again the lesser amount have more chance (and this is the more important factor than per post bid) .. again, think about this as a very long term relationship and bid accordingly. if we work smoothly, i will keep working with you. -i will pay you only after your articles are received by me. -please do not bid "per 5 article" etc... give me your long term rate but i can promise you only 1 article and then let you go or can have you write for me for 30 years.. it depends...
