With the grading system on a 5 point scale we will gauge your performance on the following factors: Quality of content Originality of content Writing and committment performance Niche expertise Grammar Skills If you fulfill the needs and get the job done perfectly we will most likely hire you on a long term basis. Payments: Payments will be made through freelancer or paypal only. For first project we will use freelancer.com to pay you. Payments will be made on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. People who do not have a paypal may ask payout through moneybookers/skrill. Hiring Schedule: 24 hours or less We need 2-3 writers initially and we need them to start writing asap. Companies with good track records on freelancer may also look out and bid for the project. Terms: Articles must be written in error free grammar. Acceptance of articles is a must. Threshold is $0 if you take up an article and complete the job as desired you will be duly paid for the work. Sample: Write 2 para (150-175 words) on "Worlds Top Military Powers".
