Section B: Aptitude/Logical Reasoning

2. A company has 3 departments viz Business Development, Purchase and Accounts. These departments continuously make International calls to clients, vendors and Vendor’s payable department respectively. Business development team has 3 people, purchase 2 and Accounts 2 People. There are total 3 landline connections, one for each department.

Prepare an excel dashboard which can tell the Director of the company department wise expenses and also employee wise expenses. This can then be mapped with their KPI metrics to understand how much return a particular employee is generating for the company against the salary.

Section C: Specific

1. Prepare a presentation which explains to a lay man how a drug is manufactured by a Pharma company. You can choose simple drug manufacturing like Tablets or a complex ones like Oncology/Sterile. You need to include sequence starting from Raw material to End product. You will need to include all the processes of drug manufacturing. The more the data/content put in logical manner, the better. 3. Prepare a excel dashboard which will show the status of the project at any given time. This may include tasks to be performed, completion status of each task and completion status of the project on any given date. Resources can be mapped if required. Simultaneously expenses in any project needs to be tracked on real time basis.
